The First Dental Appointment
We will escort you to a consult room and discuss your dental history. Prior to your appointment, we can email you a questionnaire to complete and bring in. You also can elect to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the survey here.
During your appointment, please let us know if there’s anything you’d like to change about your smile, and what your expectations are. You can also let us know about any previous dental treatment you’ve had elsewhere. Next, you can expect the following:
- A thorough exam of your teeth and gums
- An oral cancer screening
- Full-mouth X-rays
If you had X-rays taken within the year at another dental office, please let us know so we can contact them and have the images forwarded to our practice.
Please allow an hour for this initial appointment.
Insurance and Payment Plans
We are pleased to accept nearly all insurances for our patients. Just let us know the name of your provider and we can verify that we accept your coverage. If you don’t have insurance, that’s okay. We offer affordable payment plans.
